Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. This role offers day, evening and weekend shifts across full-time, part-time, and PRN options, with competitive benefits and strong teamwork.

You will administer medications, monitor residents, document care, and collaborate with the care team to implement individualized plans.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
