About the Role:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at The Mansion at Brigham, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Delivering patient care:

  • Providing direct patient care to residents and patients in a skilled nursing setting
  • Administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitoring vital signs, reporting changes, and collaborating with healthcare team members

• Collaborating with healthcare team:

  • Working closely with physicians, RNs, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Participating in multidisciplinary care conferences and communicating with team members

• Maintaining accurate records:

  • Accurately recording patient data, diagnoses, and treatment plans
  • Maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines
