Job summary

AdviniaCare Newburyport is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our long term care unit. We offer full-time employment with a $5,000 sign-on bonus, plus flexible shifts including full-time, part-time, BAYLOR and per-diem options.

As an LPN, you will administer medications, provide patient education, and maintain accurate records while delivering compassionate care in a 5-star environment. MA licensure and a clean background are required.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license issued by MA is required.
• Clean background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive Registered Nurse (RN) care for long term care residents
• Administer medications/interventions as prescribed
• Offer emotional support and education about treatments and procedures
• Maintain accurate medical records and keep team informed of changes in patient status
• Comply with all regulatory protocols and policies related to infection control and nursing care
