Job summary

Bond Health in Queens is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to work closely with the Director of Nursing to care for residents, administer medications, and follow federal, state, local, and facility policies.

Responsibilities include ordering and distributing medications, following care plans, wound care, treatments, and documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Current license as a Practical Nurse valid in the State of New York.
• Skilled Nursing experience preferred.

The Position
