Responsibilities

• NYS LPN Licensure (Grad of accredited LPN nursing program)
• Minimum 2 years of LPN exp in an Ambulatory health clinic
• Clinical Skills, phlebotomy, EKG, POCT, EMR doc
• BCLS certification
• Ability to screen patients and make referrals for services required
• Competency with EMR documentation
• Timely completion of patient request, follow up, form completion and pre-visit planning

• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with patients, colleagues and physicians effectively
