Job summary

Lafon Nursing Home United States is seeking a compassionate licensed practical nurse to join our team and provide direct patient care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

You will monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and assist with assessments while maintaining accurate records and following facility policies. CPR certification may be required; EHR systems proficiency is important.

Qualifications

  • Current practical nursing licensure in the applicable state or jurisdiction.
  • Experience providing patient care in a clinical, long-term care, home health, hospital, or similar setting.
  • Strong understanding of nursing principles, patient monitoring, and basic clinical procedures.
  • Ability to document care accurately and use electronic health record systems effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, remain organized, and respond calmly in changing situations.
  • Commitment to delivering respectful, compassionate, and patient-focused care.
  • Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain may be required.
