Job summary

Professional Case Management (PCM) in New Mexico is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs/LVNs) to provide in-home care. You set your own schedule and work with patients in their homes, delivering compassionate, one-on-one care.

We value respectful, culturally sensitive practice, safety and compliance with agency policies. Ideal candidates have state licensure, CPR, TB test, and at least 1 year of acute care experience or are new grads.

• Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing.
• Current, unrestricted LPN/LVN license in state of practice.
• At least 1 year acute care nursing experience preferred; new grads considered.

Compensation

Standard Rate: $29.00 - $31.50 Hourly
