Quality Talent Group is seeking an LPN to join a trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers. The role covers Day, Evening, and Night shifts with full-time, part-time, and PRN options, plus daily pay and comprehensive benefits.

You will administer medications, monitor residents, and support care plans in a patient-first environment that emphasizes teamwork and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
