Cambridge Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is hiring licensed practical nurses (LPN) in New Jersey for full-time, part-time, or PRN roles. Shifts include 7 AM–3 PM and 3 PM–11 PM with same-day pay options.

Base pay ranges from $30.00 to $37.00 per hour, depending on experience and shift; PIB and shift diff may apply. Join our 120-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility focused on compassionate, high-quality nursing care.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN license in New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care per plan of care and physician orders.
• Follow individualized care plans and document nursing actions.
• Administer medications and treatments per policies.
• Monitor residents and report changes promptly to supervisors.

Responsibilities for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Provide patient care in accordance with accepted standards of nursing practice, the written plan of care, and the physician’s plan of treatment.

• Follow and implement individualized care plans developed by the Nurse Manager and interdisciplinary team.

• Perform medication administration and prescribed treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC) and facility policies.

• Monitor residents’ conditions, report changes promptly to the supervising nurse or physician, and respond appropriately to clinical needs.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and regulatory standards.

• Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment for residents and their families.

Qualifications for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Current, unencumbered active LPN license in the state of New Jersey.

• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.

• Ability to care for and manage multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sub-acute and/or long-term care setting preferred

• Experience in Point Click Care (PCC) preferred.
