Milton Nursing & Rehab in Milton, PA, is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing nursing team. You will provide high-quality, recovery-focused care to residents, ensuring comfort and safety.

Responsibilities include administering meds, monitoring vitals, assisting with ADLs, supervising CNAs, and communicating care plans with residents and families. We offer competitive pay starting at $35 per hour, a $3,500 sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Pennsylvania required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Prior experience in long-term care or nursing homes preferred.

• Monitor vitals, assess condition changes, and document in EHR.
• Assist with ADLs including feeding, bathing, dressing, and hygiene.
