Job summary

Claiborne Senior Living in Memphis, TN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide hands-on clinical care and oversight for our senior residents. The role emphasizes resident outcomes, integrity, and collaboration with caregivers, Med Techs, and leadership.

You’ll administer medications, monitor health status, document in the electronic health record, and support care planning while ensuring compliance with safety and infection control policies.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Experience in senior living, assisted living, or healthcare preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong clinical judgement, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead with professionalism and integrity.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with state scope of practice.
