Job summary

Claiborne Senior Living is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to provide hands-on clinical care and oversee resident wellbeing in a close-knit senior living setting.

You will administer medications, monitor health status, document care plans in the EHR, and support CNAs, Med Techs, and care partners while coordinating with physicians to ensure quality resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Experience in senior living, assisted living, or healthcare preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead with professionalism and integrity.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with state scope of practice.
