Job summary

Pines Village Continuing Care Retirement Community is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our 66-bed Skilled Nursing Community in Manchester Township, NJ. The role offers full-time hours with shifts 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM and 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM.

Ideal candidates will have a valid New Jersey LPN license, at least two years of geriatric nursing experience, CPR/BLS certification, and strong communication and teamwork skills to deliver high‑quality care and ensure resident

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey LPN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in geriatric nursing.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric nursing.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• CPR and BLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians.
• Administer medications and treatments according to supervisory orders.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and assess their condition.
• Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
• Document patient information, treatments, and responses to care accurately.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain a clean and safe patient environment.
• Adhere to established policies, procedures, and protocols for nursing care.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
