Job summary

The Summit Senior Living Community- LifeSpire is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our caring team in Lynchburg, Virginia. We offer meaningful patient care in a collaborative, faith-valued environment and provide flexible full-time and part-time scheduling options.

Responsibilities include resident assessment, care planning, and ongoing evaluation, with opportunities for growth, training, and a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current Virginia license.
• 1–3 years of nursing experience preferred, in skilled nursing or assisted living.
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.
• Excellent customer service and compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor residents’ conditions; plan and provide care and treatment.
• Evaluate resident progress and adjust plans with the team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to ensure high-quality, compassionate care.
• Contribute to a supportive environment with residents and families.

Qualifications:
