Job summary

LifeSpire of Virginia is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a part-time day shift. You will provide compassionate nursing care to our residents in a supportive environment, with focus on assessment, treatment, and evaluation.

The role values teamwork, flexibility in scheduling, and growth opportunities within a faith-based community. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of nursing experience, an active Virginia LPN license, and familiarity with skilled nursing or assisted living settings.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as an LPN in Virginia and in good standing.
• 1–3 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing or Assisted Living environment with geriatric population is a plus.
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.
• Excellent customer service.

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (LPN)
• Currently licensed as an LPN, and in good standing, with the Virginia State Board of Nursing.
• Previous experience (1-3 years) in a nursing capacity is preferred.
