Milan Laser in Leesburg, VA seeks a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our clinic for laser hair removal treatments, client education, and medical-record management in a fast-paced, patient-centric setting.

You will perform treatments according to medical protocols, educate clients on pre/post-care, and maintain accurate records while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.

• After completing training, ability to support onboarding and training of new providers.

Responsibilities

• Perform laser hair removal treatments following Milan's established medical protocols.
• Educate clients on pre and post-treatment care to ensure safe and effective results.
• Document treatments accurately and maintain compliant medical records.
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment to ensure safe and efficient client flow.
• Maintain a clean, professional clinical environment between treatments.
• Discuss treatment progress with clients and recommend additional treatment areas when appropriate.
• Encourage client reviews and referrals through excellent service.
• Support daily clinic operations including scheduling and maintaining client records.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and treatment room preparation.
• Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of laser equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with clinic leadership and team members to support clinic goals and client satisfaction.

Pay:$32.35an hour + Monthly Bonus

Status: Full-Time

Clinic Hours: Mon-Thur 8:30am-6pm, Fri-Sat 7:30am-5pm

Your Ability to Make a Difference:

• Clinical Care:Perform laser hair removal treatments according to medical protocols and safety standards. Complete pre-treatment setup, operate laser equipment, and perform daily equipment checks.
• Client Education & Influence:Educate and guide clients on treatment plans, expected results, and pre/post-care. Reinforce progress and recommend additional treatment areas based on client goals and outcomes.
• Client Experience:Deliver a professional, welcoming experience where clients feel informed and confident. Personalize treatments, anticipate client needs, and encourage rebooking and reviews.
• Clinic Operations:Prepare treatment rooms, flip rooms between clients, and maintain clinic cleanliness. Follow operational standards including opening/closing tasks, inventory, and equipment readiness.
• Team Collaboration:Partner with clinic teams to support daily operations and clinic sales goals. Communicate scheduling updates and model Milan's standards of professionalism.
