Job summary

Milan Laser in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking a part-time Laser Hair Removal Provider (RN). You will deliver safe, effective treatments, perform pre/post-care education, and help clients build confidence with visible results.

The role offers a rotating schedule and a predictable, team-oriented clinic environment. You will operate laser equipment, maintain strict safety standards, and support clinic operations.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing and eligible to practice in Virginia.
• Passion for exceptional patient care and client service.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to educate clients clearly.
• Respect for HIPAA and patient confidentiality.
• Attention to safety, accuracy, and clinical protocols.
• Interest in aesthetics and confidence-building results.
• Ability to support onboarding and training after training completion.

Responsibilities

• Perform laser hair removal treatments following Milan’s established medical protocols.
• Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care for safe, effective results.
• Document treatments accurately and maintain compliant medical records.
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for safe, efficient client flow.
• Maintain a clean, professional clinical environment between treatments.
• Discuss progress with clients and suggest additional treatment areas when appropriate.
• Encourage client reviews and referrals through excellent service.
• Support daily clinic operations including scheduling and client records.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and treatment room prep.
• Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of laser equipment.
• Collaborate with leadership and team to meet clinic goals and client satisfaction.

Location: Fredericksburg, VA

Pay:$38.60an hour + Monthly Bonus

Status: Part-Time (19 Hours Per Week)

Schedule: 2 Days Per week (Rotating)

• Week 1: Monday & Friday
• Week 2: Monday & Saturday

Your Ability to Make a Difference:

• Clinical Care: Perform laser hair removal treatments according to medical protocols and safety standards. Complete pre-treatment setup, operate laser equipment, and perform daily equipment checks.
• Client Education & Influence: Educate and guide clients on treatment plans, expected results, and pre/post-care. Reinforce progress and recommend additional treatment areas based on client goals and outcomes.
• Client Experience: Deliver a professional, welcoming experience where clients feel informed and confident. Personalize treatments, anticipate client needs, and encourage rebooking and reviews.
• Clinic Operations: Prepare treatment rooms, flip rooms between clients, and maintain clinic cleanliness. Follow operational standards including opening/closing tasks, inventory, and equipment readiness.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with clinic teams to support daily operations and clinic sales goals. Communicate scheduling updates and model Milan’s standards of professionalism.

Requirements:

• Current RegisteredNurse (RN) license in good standing
• Passion for providing exceptional patient care and client service
• Strong communication skills and the ability to educate clients clearly and confidently
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and clinical protocols
• Interest in the aesthetics industry and helping clients achieve confidence-building results
• After completing training, ability to support onboarding and training of new providers
