Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (includes a 30‐minute meal break)

Contract Duration: 8 weeks

Hours per Week: 36 hours

Key Responsibilities

• Vital Signs & Monitoring Take and record patient vitals—BP, temperature, pulse, respiration—and promptly report any changes.
• Medication & Treatment Administration Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by physicians or on RN orders; monitor for side effects and patient
• Wound Care & Specimen Collection Provide basic wound care, change dressings, and collect specimens (blood, urine, etc.) for lab testing
