Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Laurinburg, NC is hiring a Private Duty LPN to provide one-to-one skilled nursing care for local clients on full shifts (8, 10 or 12 hours). You’ll care for clients with conditions such as COPD, stroke, dementia, post‑op recovery, and other needs while keeping travel short and care focused on safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• A current LPN license in good standing in the state of North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Provide private duty nursing care for individual clients during full shifts (8, 10 or 12 hours).
• Deliver care one-to-one with local clients to minimize travel time.
• Collaborate with families and healthcare teams to plan and monitor care.

What Private Duty with BAYADA's Skilled Nursing Looks Like:

• Private duty = full shifts (8's, 10's, or 12's)


• Private duty = one client for the whole shift


• Nurses work with local clients nearby with short commutes


• Common diagnoses BAYADA Skilled Nurses work on: TBI, SCI, COPD, Stroke, Dementia/Alzheimer's, Premature Birth, Cancer, and surgery recovery.


• LPN Pay Range $28-32 (including overnight differentials)

Qualifications for A Private Duty LPN:
