Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking a Private Duty LPN to provide focused home health care to individual clients on assigned shifts. The role emphasizes continuity of care, local client proximity, and adherence to BAYADA standards.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide private duty nursing care to a single client per shift.
• Serve local clients with short commutes and consistent shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours).
• Support clients with diagnoses such as TBI, SCI, COPD, stroke, dementia, cancer, or post-surgical recovery.

What Private Duty with BAYADA’s Skilled Nursing Looks Like:

• • Private duty = full shifts (8’s, 10’s, or 12’s)
  • Private duty = one client for the whole shift
  • Nurses work with local clients nearby with short commutes
  • Common diagnoses BAYADA Skilled Nurses work on: TBI, SCI, COPD, Stroke, Dementia/Alzheimer’s, Premature Birth, Cancer, and surgery recovery.
  • LPN Pay Range $28-32 (including overnight differentials)

*LPNs_working in hospitals, long-term care, and schools have directly transferable skills and are well-equipped to handle one client in the home_

Qualifications for A Private Duty LPN:
