Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. in Pennsylvania seeks an experienced LPN to join our clinical team. The role is 7a-3p with every other weekend required, paying $36 hourly in a variety of care settings including medical offices, facilities and schools.

You will collaborate with physicians, RNs, CNAs and aides to deliver high-quality patient care, take vitals, perform assessments, and report changes to the RN supervisor. PA-licensed LPN and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Active LPN license in PA.
• CPR certification.
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients with illnesses in facilities under RN supervision.
• Work with a team of physicians, RNs, CNAs and aides to deliver patient care.
• Take patient vitals, do assessments, document progress and report changes to RN Supervisor.
• Assist RN in carrying out physician's orders, patient care and prescribed treatments.
• Administer medication, operate medical equipment and maintain a safe environment.
