We are currently looking for LPNs to our healthcare team, with full-time hours available. Some holidays are required. Job duties will include: Providing nursing care to residents whose care requires professional skills and coordination with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians and therapists. Observing, assessing, and recording residents’ progress and keeping physicians informed of any significant changes. Planning with and directing other nursing personnel in providing daily cares to residents, and holding staff accountable to policies, procedures, and approved care techniques.
