Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN to support patient recovery at home, enabling quality time with loved ones and activities they enjoy. You will educate patients and families to reach healthcare goals and manage disease effectively.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited Practical Nursing program, active LPN license, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license; home health experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Practical Nursing.
• Current state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Current driver’s license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Negative TB screen and hepatitis consent/declination.
• Two years of experience as an LPN in a clinical care setting, home health preferred.
