Job summary

Great Lakes Staffing – An Internal Agency is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to provide direct care within Meadowbrook locations in Appleton and surrounding areas. The role offers flexible scheduling, enabling you to work Full-Time, Part-Time, or Casual/PRN based on availability.

As an internal agency, you will gain experience across facilities while benefiting from centralized scheduling and supportive leadership.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin LPN license
• In good standing with the Wisconsin Board of Nursing
• Ability to travel
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Commitment to resident-centered care

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under the direction of an RN or physician
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor and document resident conditions
• Report changes in condition to the RN and healthcare team
• Assist with care planning and implementation
• Supervise and support CNAs
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation
• Follow state, federal, and facility regulations
• Promote resident dignity, safety, and quality of care
