Great Lakes Staffing – An Internal Agency is seeking an LPN to join our Meadowbrook locations in Appleton, Wisconsin. This internal agency allows you to select Full-Time, Part-Time, or Casual/PRN shifts, creating a schedule that fits your life while delivering high-quality nursing care to residents.

You will have the opportunity to work across facilities, with centralized scheduling and supportive leadership, enabling experience in different care teams while maintaining professional autonomy.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin LPN license required.
• In good standing with the Wisconsin Board of Nursing.
• Ability to travel.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under the direction of an RN or physician.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor and document resident conditions.
• Report changes in condition to the RN and healthcare team.
• Assist with care planning and implementation.
• Supervise and support CNAs.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation.
• Follow state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Promote resident dignity, safety, and quality of care.
