Job summary

Luther Ridge at Seiders Hill Assisted Living Facility in Glenworth, PA is seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to our residents. Shifts include 11pm-7am and 3pm-11pm, Full Time or Part Time positions are available.

As an LPN you will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, supervise CNAs, oversee Falls and Pressure Sore Programs, conduct admission evaluations, and deliver direct patient care.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
• Compassionate and detail-oriented professional committed to quality patient care.

Major Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for residents.

• Conduct and document thorough medical evaluations upon admission and throughout treatment.
