Job summary

Florence Rehabilitation and Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team. The position offers full-time night shifts (7p-7a) with a $3.75 shift differential and the opportunity to work within a compassionate, patient-focused environment in Florence, Alabama.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited nursing program, licensed in Alabama, CPR certified, and experienced in long‑term care or related settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid LPN license in Alabama.
• CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term care or related setting is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Administers and records medications and treatments.
• Prepares for and assists physicians and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
• Observes and reports patients' vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to the appropriate individuals.
• Perform other job-related duties as they become required.

Job Responsibilities

• Administers and records medications and treatments
