Job summary

Briarwood Nursing and Rehab is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care to residents, administer medications, perform wound care, and monitor vital signs in a fast-paced skilled nursing setting.

You will develop and implement individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team, report changes to the RN or physician, and assist with admissions and discharges while delivering empathy and quality care. Michigan LPN license required.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Michigan is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
