Job summary

Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to assist in nursing services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will monitor patient conditions, delegate tasks, and report to physicians as needed during shifts across assigned units.

Applicants must hold a valid NC LPN license, be able to serve as charge nurse for emergency coverage, and participate in ongoing staff training. CPR certification is required and background checks are performed.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license from the NC Board of Nursing with renewal proof every other year.
• Experience as charge nurse and providing emergency coverage.
• Completion of an accredited nursing program and current CPR certification.
• Commitment to delivering quality care and following physician orders.
• Participation in in-service training and staff meetings.
