Job summary

DayToDay Health is seeking an experienced LPN to direct nursing services under RN supervision, delegate duties, and monitor staff performance. You will observe patients for symptoms, notify physicians of emergencies, and implement orders. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

The ideal candidate holds an NC LPN license, can serve as charge nurse during emergencies, and demonstrates a genuine commitment to patient well-being and teamwork in a compassionate care environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current, valid LPN license with NC Board renewal proof.
• Willingness to serve as charge nurse and cover emergencies.

• Annual CPR certification and participation in in-service training.

• Current, valid license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing with proof of renewal every other year.
• Willingness to serve as a charge nurse and work during emergencies for coverage.
• Ability to provide quality geriatric nursing care, follow doctor’s orders, and demonstrate a genuine interest in patient well-being.
• Annual CPR certification and participation in in-service training and staff meetings.
