Job summary

Sunnycrest Manor is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide medical attention and assess residents’ wellbeing as part of our care team. Duties include passing medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with the plan of care for residents.

Shift options include 12-hour shifts from 6am–6pm or 6pm–6am, with a $3.00 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Benefits include health and life insurance and IPERS retirement for Dubuque County employees.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsibilities include passing medications and checking vital signs.
• Supervises CNAs and other aides on assigned shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication administration and patient monitoring.
• Assess residents' wellbeing and assist with plan of care.
• Supervise nursing assistants and medication aides on shift.
• Record and report patient's status to supervising staff.

Get paid foryour experience! Starting wage $23.84 to $28.43, $3.00 shiftdifferential for 2nd and 3rd shifts. 12 hour shifts 6am to 6pm or 6pm to 6am $3.00 shift differential is paid from 2:00 pm to 6 am.

A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), is responsible for providing medicalattention to patients and assessing their wellbeing as part of a larger medicalteam. Their duties include passing medications, checking vital signs,supervises the work of certified nursing assistants, certified medicationaides, and others on an assigned shift involving the plan of care of residentson procedures and techniques for the routine care of residents. Updating theDoctor as needed.
