Job summary

Lung Innovations Network in DuBois, PA, is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our pulmonary care team. You will provide direct patient care, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and document findings, working with physicians and clinicians to tailor care plans.

This role requires PA licensure, an accredited LPN program graduate, and CPR/BLS certification. Experience in pulmonology or primary care and proficiency with EHR are preferred in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Pennsylvania is required.
• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Clinical nursing experience, preferably in pulmonology, primary care, or specialty care.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and documenting clinical findings
• Assist with pulmonary assessments, spirometry, and respiratory therapy procedures
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and disease management strategies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Triage patient calls and coordinate follow-up care and referrals
