Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at DeCoach Recovery. The LPN will play a crucial role in our residential treatment program, ensuring that our clients receive high-quality medical care and support throughout their recovery journey. Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care and support to clients undergoing addiction treatment in a residential setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the attending physician or nurse practitioner.
• Monitor clients' vital signs and overall health status, reporting any changes or concerns to the medical team.
• Assist with medical assessments, screenings, and intake processes for new clients.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team including physicians, therapists, and counselors to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Educate and counsel clients on health management, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications to support recovery.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation according to regulatory standards.
