State of Iowa - Executive Branch is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide psychiatric and general health services within an incarcerated population. Responsibilities include nursing assessments, care planning, and coordination with an interdisciplinary team, along with documentation and training duties.
The role requires CPR/first aid, English communication, and collaboration with healthcare professionals to ensure timely, quality care.
Available shifts Evenings and Overnights- 10 Hour Shifts on/ Every Other weekend.
Must be able to deliver written and verbal information to Incarcerated Individuals and off-site medical personnel.
Licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse by the Iowa Board of Nursing or licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in accordance with the Nurse Licensure Compact Administrator's Agreement of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing.
