Position Overview

The Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct resident care in accordance with physician orders, established policies, and standards of practice. The LPN works closely with RN Supervisors, Certified Nursing Assistants, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care.
