Job summary

Quality Talent Group seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our client network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in New York. Multiple shifts (Day, Evening, Night) and full-time/part-time/PRN options are available to match flexible schedules.

You will deliver direct nursing care, administer medications, and participate in care plan evaluation in state-of-the-art facilities recognized for excellence. New grads welcome and daily pay options may be available.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
