Job summary

Wexford Health Sources, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for the Robert L. Shell Juvenile Center in Barboursville, WV. This PRN role supports medication administration, wound care, vital signs, and care planning within a multidisciplinary team.

You’ll deliver compassionate, nonjudgmental patient care in a correctional setting, with scheduled shifts 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm and a focus on safety, dignity, and healing for justice-involved youth.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in state of practice.
• 1–2 years of nursing experience (correctional experience preferred).
• Active CPR certification.
• Strong clinical and communication skills; adaptability in high-pressure settings.
• A compassionate, nonjudgmental approach to patient care.
