MGA Healthcare Texas LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Austin, offering a $2500 sign-on bonus and hourly pay ranging from $23 to $30, depending on experience. You'll have the chance to work flexible shifts including days, nights, and weekends with a guaranteed 1:1 patient case load.

Ideal candidates will have an active nursing license and preferably six months of clinical experience. Benefits include competitive pay, paid time off, and a new grad training program.

Qualifications

• Active Nursing License in good standing is required.
• Six months of recent experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting is preferred.
• Home health experience is preferred.

Job Description

Treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel Administration of prescribed medication, treatments and therapies Documents all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses and coordination of care Educates the patient and family regarding the disease process, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies, and in meeting the patient's nursing needs.

Qualifications

• Active Nursing License in good standing (required)
• Six (6) months of recent experience as a Nurse in a clinical care setting (preferred)
