Nurse Care of Buckhead in Atlanta, GA is seeking licensed practical nurses (LPNs) to join our compassionate team for all shifts. New grads are welcome and walk-in interviews are held Wednesdays.

Qualifications

• LPN license required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document residents' health conditions, including vital signs and responses to treatments.
• Assist in development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Provide nursing care including wound, catheter care, and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with physicians and RNs to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate residents and families about health management and procedures.
• Ensure care complies with regulatory and facility guidelines.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical care when necessary.
• Assist with training and supervising CNAs.
