Licensed Practical Nurse – Outagamie County Jail, Appleton, Wisconsin

VitalCore Health Strategies is seeking Full‑time Licensed Practical Nurses for a night shift. PRN days and nights are also available. A drug screen and background check are required.

Position Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) delivers quality care within the scope of practice as defined by the local state nurse practice act for Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses. The LPN is responsible for tasks, activities, and functions delegated by the HSA, DON, RN, Medical Director, or other practitioner, and may delegate duties to others as permitted by state regulations.

Qualifications

• Current and valid LPN license in Wisconsin.
• Works in accordance with local practice acts and regulations, performing duties appropriate to scope of practice.
• Experience in correctional or behavioral health desired but not required.

Schedule

• Full‑time nights.
• PRN days and nights.
