Primary RN Responsibilities:

• Provide quality care to residents
• Provide direction, assistance, and supervision to Nursing Assistants
• Accurately document medical records
• Assist as directed by the supervisor
• Handle nursing activities as designated by the Director of Nursing
• Maintain a positive attitude and promote the facility, staff, and residents
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Director of Nursing

Required RN Experience and Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a Registered Nurse degree
• Enjoy working with the elderly and have positive interpersonal skills
• Be in good health, able to lift, neat, and clean
• Willing to learn and possess basic management, organizational, and communication skills
