Job summary

Palms-Home-Care in Port Charlotte, FL is seeking a dedicated Home Health LPN to join our expanding team. You will provide compassionate, patient-centered care in home settings and collaborate with Physicians, Therapists, and family members.

Responsibilities include charting patient observations, administering medications, wound care, and educating families on care strategies. A Florida LPN license in good standing and strong safety knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing in Florida.
