Job summary

Champion Home Services is seeking a skilled licensed plumber to join our Austin team. You will perform plumbing installations for work sold by licensed plumbers, following codes and drawings with attention to quality and safety.

The role requires a Texas license, 2+ years of installation experience, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with sales and service teams. Weekly pay and uncapped commissions are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Tradesman Plumber License or higher.
• Minimum of 2 years of plumbing installation experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Install plumbing systems and fixtures according to specifications and building codes.
• Interpret job orders to determine layout and installation procedures.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure accurate execution of sold work.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as needed.
• Document work performed and communicate effectively with team members and clients.
