Job summary

Champion AC in Austin, Texas is seeking a skilled Install Plumber with a Texas license to join our team. This role focuses on executing plumbing installations for work sold by another licensed plumber. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of plumbing systems, be detail-oriented, and deliver high-quality workmanship.

Weekly pay and uncapped commissions are available. Required is a valid Texas Tradesman Plumber license (or higher) and a minimum of 2 years of installation

Qualifications

• 2+ years of plumbing installation experience (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and safety regulations.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install plumbing systems and fixtures according to specifications and codes.
• Interpret job orders to determine layout and installation procedures.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure accurate execution of sold work.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as needed.
• Document work performed and communicate with team members and clients.
