Responsibilities

• Brothers is seeking a Plumbing Field Supervisor to be a leader in field operations, run elevated service calls, provide technical and sales training to increase efficiencies and revenue production among our service technicians.
• Supervises and delegates service employees, which includes assisting in hiring and disciplining of employees, scheduling employees, counseling and training employees, evaluating performance and supervising work assignments to ensure effective operations.
• Evaluates work load and schedules sewer and drain cleaning service work in a way that best utilizes manpower. Will be responsible for inspecting jobs after completion
• Resolves customer issues and problems encountered by service personnel. May meet with customer to develop a satisfactory solution.
• Instructs service personnel on proper service, use of materials and quality workmanship.
• Stays in touch with service personnel to assist with unexpected needs.
• Assists in the dispatching of services to appropriate technician using proper radio and dispatch codes based on workload, technician availability, technician expertise and priority of need.
• Checks to ensure that each job is complete.
• Ensures that appropriate job documentation and/or payments are returned to the office.
• May perform on-site inspections for large work orders.
• Evaluates staff to determine training requirements.
• Provides classroom and on-the-job training and support to employees.
• Reviews and promotes the maintenance of a safe, accident free and healthy work environment.
• Conducts job site safety visits and reports findings.
• May provide safety training and claims coordination.
• Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area.
• Observes safety and Company rules and regulations in the performance of duties.
• Follow the guidelines for the Senior Care, Ethics, and Quality Assurance Process.
• Follow all guidelines prescribed in the Plumbing and Sewer Sales Policy.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of plumbing training or supervisory experience.
• NC P1 Plumbing License required
• Related experience and/or advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
• Valid driver's license required
• Required to pass pre-employment criminal background checks and drug screen
