Qualifications

• Massachusetts plumber’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and install plumbing in park-owned properties.
• Maintain and install piping, drainage, venting, fixtures, leaks, backups and clogs.
• Winterize and startup plumbing in park buildings.
• Interpret blueprints to map pipe layouts and drainage systems.
• HVAC preventive maintenance and coordinate outside contracts.
• Refrigeration PM and coordinating outside contractor work.
• Monitor and test fire protection pumps and coordinate testing.
• Monitor sewer ejector systems and fire protection piping.
• Repair gas or propane leaks.
• Schedule hours for the plumbing shop.
• Repair air lines on rides and install new systems.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
