HRI Plumbing in Central Illinois is seeking a licensed plumber or plumbing apprentice with at least one year of residential plumbing experience. We offer health, dental, and vision insurance for employees and eligible dependents, with 100% of premiums paid by the company.

Licensed plumbers will manage residential service calls independently; apprentices will work under supervision while developing skills. Competitive hourly pay and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• At least one year of residential plumbing experience.
• Current plumbing license or active apprentice credentials.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Able to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Comfort using a tablet or mobile device for scheduling and notes.
• Excellent customer communication.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems.
• Perform drain cleaning, leak detection, and pipe repairs.
• Handle sewer line repairs, septic services, and repiping/remodeling.
• Install and service water heaters, sump pumps, toilets, and fixtures.
• Explain findings and options to homeowners.
• Document work with ServiceTitan on company tablet.
• Communicate with dispatch about progress and parts.
• Keep tools and work areas clean and organized.
• Licensed plumbers operate independently; apprentices work under supervision.
