You will work with GC and other trades, using basic computer systems for data reporting and scheduling. Ideal candidates bring strong people skills, reliable toolset, and willingness to pass background checks and drug tests.

Qualifications

• Journeyman or Master Plumbing License is required.
• Experience with plumbing issues in multi-family construction.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Pass pre-employment background check.
• Pass pre-employment and ongoing random drug tests.
• Basic computer skills including Excel and Word.
• People skills to maintain good relationships with GC, subcontractors and other trades.
• Own basic hand tools; employer provides specialty tools.
