Job summary

Reframe Systems in Andover, MA is seeking a Licensed Plumber (Class 2) to join our factory and field teams. You will install water supply, drainage, and gas piping in modular housing units, and contribute to on-site connections during module installs.

You will collaborate with engineers, review layouts, mentor apprentices, and ensure compliance with the Massachusetts Plumbing Code while helping scale our net-zero housing platform.

Qualifications

• Valid Massachusetts Licensed Plumber (Class 2) license.
• 3+ years of licensed plumbing experience in manufacturing, modular construction, or commercial/residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and standards, particularly the Massachusetts Plumbing Code.
• Proficiency with plumbing tools, equipment, and testing devices.
• Experience reading blueprints, diagrams, and digital plans.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work overhead, and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

To achieve our mission, we need to make net-zero carbon housing more affordable and we are re-imagining how housing is designed and built. What We\'re Looking For

We are seeking a Licensed Plumber (Class 2) to join our team and play a critical role across both factory and field operations.
