Masters Heating & Cooling, Plumbing, and Electric is hiring skilled journeyman and master plumbers in Northern Indiana. A $7,500 sign-on bonus is offered for qualified applicants who bring extensive plumbing experience.

Responsibilities include testing, diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing systems while adhering to Indiana codes. Qualified candidates must hold Indiana Plumbing License, have 3+ years of service experience, and possess a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential/commercial service experience.

A $7,500 Sign On Bonus is being offered for Journeyman and Master Plumbers who bring their skills and experience to service our ever-growing residential and commercial customer base in our Northern Indiana locations. If you are looking for consistent, year-round work, we have it! Ideal candidates must be proficient in repairing all types of plumbing fixtures and equipment. Responsibilities include: testing, diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing systems and components, recognizes and adheres to all applicable Indiana plumbing codes.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all types of customers
• Demonstrated ability to forge strong relationships with clients
• Strong plumbing background with valid Indiana Plumbing License
• 3+ years of residential and/or commercial service experience
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects
• A driven work ethic with the willingness to learn and grow
• Must have good driving record
• Must be able to pass a medical screening
• Must have a clean criminal background check
